How we are funded

The whole website is free to read, with no sign-up. It is funded by a few partner services that we recommend when they are useful to you.

Partner links

When you order from a partner through one of our links, the partner pays us a commission. The price is the same for you, and you are sometimes offered a discount code. These links are labelled on the page and marked as sponsored in the code.

What a partner does not change

• The rules of a procedure are written from official sources, not from our partners.
• When a procedure requires a specific type of translator or document, we say so, even if it benefits no partner.
• No partner reviews or approves our pages before they are published.
